Renting an item from our website is a hassle-free process. Begin by browsing our selection of some of the top brands, which includes options for various ages and needs. Once you've chosen the item that suits your requirements, specify the rental duration, whether you need it for a few days or several weeks. Add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Provide the necessary information, and we will arrange for the item to be delivered to your specified location. When your rental period is over, you will leave the item at the front door or outdoor shower/side yard for us to pick it back up. We handle cleaning and maintenance, allowing you to enjoy the convenience without the burden of ownership.

For our one day rentals, item(s) will be dropped off at 9am and picked up at 9am the following day.
For rentals longer than one day, your item(s) will be delivered between 8AM - 3PM on the start day of your rental.
If you need customized hours, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.

At our service, your convenience and safety are our top priorities. When you place your order, simply provide your delivery address, and we will take care of the rest. Depending on the product you’re renting and what we assess to be the best and safest option, your order will be delivered either directly to your front door or to a secure spot in your side yard.
If we decide that the front door is not the optimal location, we will leave a clear note detailing precisely where your item has been placed. This ensures you can locate your delivery with ease and without any confusion.
When your rental period comes to an end, there’s no need to worry about the hassle of returns. We will pick up the item from the exact spot where it was originally delivered. This seamless process guarantees a smooth and stress-free experience, allowing you to focus on enjoying your rental without any added concerns.

If the rented item sustains any damage during your use, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding the damage. Your prompt reporting of any issues is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain the quality of our rental strollers. If you see any damage before use, please be sure to take a picture to document it and report it to us immediately.
